Inés Gowland is an Argentinean writer, director and cinematographer whose work has screened worldwide, including such festivals as Sundance, SXSW, Clermont-Ferrand, Palm Springs and Atlanta. She has an MFA in Filmmaking from New York University. Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Inés studied Cinematography at Universidad del Cine. In 2013, she moved to New York to attend NYU Graduate Film Program, where she received a NYU Scholarship and the Peter Gould Scholarship. Inés is the recipient of the Chris Columbus Film Production Award, the Roger King Finishing Fund, the First Run Award for Cinematography and the Nestor Almendros Award for Cinematography.
